Copy index fields

You can duplicate an existing index field by making a copy. A copied index field can be configured according to your requirements. To copy an index field:

  1. From the Batch Class Management screen, select your bach class and click Open.
  2. Go to Document Types > [your document type] > Index Fields.
  3. Select the index fields that you want to duplicate and click Copy.

    The new index field will appear above the original.

  4. Make any additional configurations according to your requirements. When you're finished, click Apply.
