Specifying How Often to Check for Email

  1. On the Email Import Connector Menu, select Mailbox List.

    The Mailbox List window appears.

  2. Select a mailbox, and click Edit to change its settings.

    The Mailbox window appears.

  3. In "Poll for new emails every", specify an interval in minutes.

    Use a value from 1 to 1440 minutes. For new mailboxes, the default is 10 minutes.

  4. Click OK to close the window and save your settings.
