From the
Scan Source list, select a source device using a simplex scanner.
On the
Scan Settings tab, in the
Settings group, click
Duplex on Simplex Scanner.
Place your two-sided document pages in your scanner's feeder to scan the front pages.
From the
Duplex on Simplex Scanner options, select
Scan the front sides.
Click the
Scan button. The pages are scanned, and placeholders for the back-side pages
are inserted into your batch.
Take your two-sided pages from your scanner's output bin, flip them over, and place them in your scanner's feeder to
scan the back pages. Do not reorder the pages.
From the
Duplex on Simplex Scanner options, select
Scan the back sides.
Click the
Scan button to start scanning.
Check your batch to make sure all placeholders are filled and the batch is in the correct state. If necessary, you can
use any of the batch editing features to edit your batch.
