Remove Access Rights from a Batch

In Batch Manager, batches with access rights assigned to them through a custom workflow agent are identified with an icon. These batches can be viewed by the users and group members with granted access rights only.

Only users and group members with granted access rights can remove the access rights property of the restricted batch if the option "Allow Batch Manager to edit batches that were granted access rights by a Custom Workflow Agent" of the User Profile Properties or Group Profile Properties window is enabled.

Users with Admin privileges can also view and modify the access rights property of the restricted batch when the following condition and options are enabled in the User Profile Properties window:

• The "Allow Administration module access" option.

• The "Allow Batch Manager to edit batches that were granted access rights by a Custom Workflow Agent" option.

• The batch class is assigned on the Assigned Batch Classes tab.

To remove the access rights for a batch, select one or more batches from Batch Manager. Then, on the Home tab, in the Batch group, click Remove Access. When the confirmation prompt appears, click OK.
