Batch Preparation - An Overview

Before scanning, organize your paper documents into one or more batches. Depending on your requirements, batch preparation might include one or more of the following:

• Adding document separator sheets

• Adding batch separator sheets

• Counting documents and pages in the batch

• Calculating batch totals for any numeric fields to be used for batch totaling
