Unrejecting Selected Batches
When a batch encounters a processing error or condition, it is rejected and placed in an error state. After you have investigated and resolved the underlying issue causing the error, you can resubmit the batch by unrejecting it.
You can unreject a batch or group of batches with a single command without having to view each rejected document and unreject each image. You can only unreject a batch that has a status of Error. If you unreject all batches, the system skips batches that are not in an error state.
To monitor unrejected batches as they are reprocessed, even if they are no longer in an error state, use the Reprocessed on error option in the Filter Batches panel. Using this filter, unrejected batches continue to display until they are exported or deleted. For details, see Filtering Batches.
- From Batch Manager select a batch that has a status of Error.
- On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click Unreject Selected.
- Click Yes to unreject the batch and update the batch status.
