Rejection Note Window

Use this window to add a rejection note to a document or page.

Note the following:

• Attaching a note to a rejected document or page is a good way to communicate with other operators who might be processing the batch.

• You can combine pre-defined and free-form notes.

• When editing a free-form note, press Ctrl+Enter to start a new line.

• You can create custom notes.

Pre-defined

Select a pre-defined note from the drop-down list, or enter the number for a pre-defined note. This window automatically closes when you select a pre-defined note.

Free-Form

Enter a free-form note up to 300 characters.
