Specifying the Number of Emails in a Batch

You can specify the maximum number of emails that can be imported into a batch. If the number of waiting emails exceeds the limit, the extra ones are imported into the next batch.

  1. On the Email Import Connector menu, select Configuration.

    The Configuration window - User Profile tab appears.

  2. Select the Advanced tab.
  3. In "Maximum number of emails per batch", specify a value from 1 to 1000 email messages.
    The default is 100 messages.
  4. Click OK to close the window and save your settings.
