Opening a Batch

You open an existing batch from the Open Batch window.

You can view the properties for a batch before you open it. To do so, select a batch from the list of open batches. Right-click to open the context menu, and select "Properties."

When the Open Batch window is displayed, click the Refresh button to manually update the list of open batches. You can also use the Refresh Rate (min) option to automatically refresh the list of open batches. For details, see Open Batch Window.

To sort the list of open batches, click any heading in the table of Open Batches. Use the Sort window to refine the list.

  1. On the Home tab, in the Batch group, click Open
    The available batches are listed in the table of Open Batches.
  2. Double-click a batch or click OK.
