Administration Module Tools Tab
Contains frequently used controls for performing basic tasks such as users and group management, distributed Capture settings, modifying field scripts, and export connectors.

Users & Groups group |

Tracking |
Toggles the User Tracking feature, which can be used to track user activity for your Tungsten Capture installation in database tables. The tables contain statistical records that are generated as a user creates and updates Tungsten Capture batches and opens/closes processing modules. User Tracking must be enabled If you are using Tungsten Analytics for Capture. When User Tracking is enabled, an audit is performed to record Administration module actions related to user profiles, batch classes, document classes, and much more; along with events related to user logins. For details, see User Tracking. If you turn off User Tracking after using it for a period of time, the tracking data is not retained. If you need to track data for use with other Tungsten Automation products such as Tungsten Analytics for Capture do not turn off Tracking. |

Profiles |
Opens the User Profiles window, from which you can enable the User Profiles feature for your Tungsten Capture installation. You can also create and manage user profiles and group profiles. installation. You can also create and manage user profiles and group profiles. |

Distributed Capture group |

Central |
Opens the Site Manager and Site Profiles windows, where you can manage central sites and central site profiles. |

Export Connectors |
Opens the Export Connector Manager window, from which you can select an export connector for a document class. This option is only available when a document class is selected from the Batch class tree view tab. After you select an export connector, you can run it to display the Setup window associated with the connector. From the Setup window, you can select export connector options. |

Export Credentials |
Opens the Export Credential Management window, where you can access and edit export connector login credentials. |

Ignore Field Change Events |
Turns off field change checking for export connectors. |
|
|
Custom Modules |
Opens the Custom Module Manager window, where you can register a custom module for use with Tungsten Capture. |

|
Workflow Agents |
Opens the Workflow Agent Manager window, where you can add or remove work flow agents from your workflow. |
|
Recognition group |

Scripts |
Opens the Recognition Script window, from which you can associate a recognition script with a recognition profile. You can also launch VB.NET, Visual C#, or the Softbridge Basic editor to create a new recognition script or edit an existing one. |
