Notifications - Notification Settings tab
Use this tab to configure Kofax Front Office Server to send notifications by email. Specify information about the SMTP server for outgoing email.
Fields
This tab has the following fields.
- SMTP Server

Type the host name or IP address of the SMTP email server.
- Port

Type the port number used by the SMTP email server.
- Requires Authentication

Select to indicate that a user name and password is required to connect to the email server.
- User
-
Enter the name of the user account for authenticating with the SMTP server.
- Password
-
Type the password for the user account specified in the Name field.
- Connection Mode

If you are using a secure connection with TLS, select it from this field. If not, select None.
- From
-
Type the email address of the user account to be used for sending emails. Consider creating a separate user account instead of using someone's personal account.
