Changing shortcut scan settings

Kofax Front Office Server includes Kofax VirtualReScan (VRS) for improving image quality. You can select custom settings to be applied to documents scanned at a device and sent directly to a destination, or to the Thin Client. The scan settings are applied to all new documents that use the shortcut.

  1. On the Navigation panel, select Shortcuts.
  2. Select the shortcut associated with the scan settings you want to change.
  3. Click the Scan Settings tab, and adjust any settings.
  4. Click Save.
