Managing shortcuts
In the Shortcut list, you have several options for managing shortcuts by copying, editing, importing, and exporting.
Duplicating shortcuts
Duplicate shortcuts and use the copies as a basis to create new ones.
- Select the shortcuts you want to duplicate.

Click
Copy.
A duplicate of the shortcut is added to the shortcut list and has "- Copy" added to the name.
- Modify the shortcut to rename it and change settings, as needed.
Editing multiple shortcuts
You can change scan settings more than one shortcut at a time. These settings include color mode, DPI, sides, paper size, and advanced image processing settings.
- Select the shortcuts you want to edit.

Click
Edit.
The Scan Settings tab appears.
- Make the scan setting changes you want to apply to the selected shortcuts.

Click
Save.
You will return to the Shortcut list.
