Modeling bar of Form Designer

The modeling bar of Form Designer includes the following buttons.



Button Name Description
Designer Opens the Form Designer to create a form. See Create a form.
Actions Lets you model actions. See Create actions.
Form Data Lets you model form variables. See Create a form variable.
Integration Opens the Integration module and lets you do the following:

  • Create database connections.

  • Add paths to .NET assemblies.

  • Add web service references.

  • Create SharePoint sites.

  • Create a link to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Exchange, Kapow and Insight.

  • Add a CMIS compliant site.

  • Add an HP TRIM system.

  • Integrate TotalAgility with SignDoc.

  • Configure import settings.

  • Create a link between two separate installations of TotalAgility.

Data Opens the Data module and lets you do the following:

  • Create lookups, entities, work types, checklist templates, job and work queue queries, folder types, extraction groups and classification groups

  • Manage server variables, checklist items, field formatters, document templates and currency codes.

Navigation Lets you model forms navigation. See Navigation.
Business Rules Lets you model a business rule. See Create a business rule.
Categories Opens the System Settings module and lets you do the following:

  • Configure System settings.

  • Create categories, job schedules, regular expressions, Scan/VRS profiles, separation profiles and PDF Generation profiles.

  • Search for locked and unlocked items

  • Clear down jobs

  • Configure the interval for system tasks to execute

  • Manage devices

  • Configure hotkeys to execute events

  • Configure active authentication provider and federated security

Resources Opens the Resource module and lets you do the following:
  • Create individual and group resources, and add external resources.
  • Create personas and update personas for group members.

Business Monitoring Opens the Business Monitoring module and lets you create business events, alerts, targets. See Business Monitoring module.
