Search for the protected items

  1. On the Home page, click System Settings > Protected Item Search.
    The Protected Item Search page appears.
  2. In the Item Name box, enter the name of the protected item to search.
  3. On the Type list, select the item type to search, such as process, form, business rule, extraction group, classification group, folder or form template. (Default: All)
    A list of all protected items based on the specified criteria appears.
    Note The search is based on the highest versions of the item. For example, if version 1 of TestProcess is protected but version 2 of TestProcess is not protected, the search result does not return TestProcess.
  4. To view the associations of a protected item, click the View link next to the item.
    The Associations page for the selected item opens.
    Note Associations are not available for extraction groups, classification groups, folders and form templates, but forms associated with these items are displayed.
  5. Click Close.
  6. To remove an item directly from the system, click Delete generic delete.
    The item is deleted.
    Note You can only delete a single item at a time. You cannot delete a protected item that is in use.
