Manage custom style sheets

You can upload your own style sheet and use it in themes.

When upgrading from a previous version:

  • For TotalAgility on-premise, the upgrade automatically adds style sheets from the Agility.Server.Web\Forms\StyleSheets directory to the database.

  • For TotalAgility in Azure, the upgrade automatically adds style sheets that TotalAgility provides to the database.

  1. On the Home page, click Form Designer > Style Sheet.
  2. From the Style Sheets page, select a Category in which to save the style sheets.
  3. To upload a style sheet from your machine, click Browse and select the style sheet.
  4. Optionally, enter a Description for the style sheet.
  5. Click Add generic add to upload the style sheet and list it in the table.

Maintain style sheets

You can replace, or delete a style sheet.

  1. On the Category Filter list, select the category that contains the style sheet.
  2. To replace an existing style sheet:
    1. Click the Reset button.
      Clicking Reset clears all fields and the category defaults to your working category.
    2. Select the Category in which to replace the style sheet.
    3. Click Browse and select the new style sheet of same name from your computer.
    4. Click Add generic add.
      A message appears to confirm overwriting the style sheet.
    5. Click Yes.
      The style sheet is replaced.
  3. To delete a style sheet:
    1. From the list of style sheets, click Delete generic delete for the style sheet to delete.
      A message appears to confirm deletion.
    2. Click Yes.
      The style sheet is deleted.
