Configure a Document State activity

  1. Add a Document State activity to the map. See Add an activity.
  2. On the Extended Properties page of the Document State activity, click the Configuration tab.
  3. In the Document/Folder ID box, do one of the following:
    • To update the document state of a single document in the document set, Consume the document ID.

    • To update all documents—from the folder—in the document set, consume the folder ID.

  4. To update documents of a specific document type—from the folder—in the document set, consume the document type in the Document Type box.
  5. On the Status list, select the status of the document type.
  6. Click Save.
