Assign access permissions for TotalAgility Designer

By default, the TotalAgility installation user has access to TotalAgility Designer. You can grant access to additional resources (groups or worker resources) either by adding the user to the Designers group (See Create a group resource) or explicitly assigning them access permissions to Designer.

  1. On the Home page, click System Settings.

    The System Settings page appears.

  2. In the Access Permissions group, click Designer.

    The Access Permissions - Designer page appears.

  3. In the Resource box, consume the resource or group whom to give access permissions.
  4. On the Access Type list, select Has Access or Full Control.
  5. Click Add.
