Open and modify a process

  1. On the Process Designer Explorer, click Processes.

    A list of all the processes appears.

  2. Click the Process or Case button to select the type of process to open.
  3. Click the icon for the process and click Open or click the process.
  4. Make the changes, and click Save.

Modify a process in TotalAgility on Azure tenant

You can open TotalAgility on Azure tenant and further expand your process created in TotalAgility on Integration Server.

When you modify a process in Azure, the nodes configured to execute on integration server will be read-only. You cannot configure those nodes in Azure. (The Configuration tab is not available.)

You can add more nodes; however, the following node types are not available for the process in Azure:

  • Exchange

  • SharePoint

  • TRIM

  • CRM

  • Export

For any nodes added to a process in Azure, the Execute on Integration property is set to No (read-only).
