Personal shortcuts

You can create a personal shortcut, based on a group shortcut created by your administrator. When creating the shortcut, you provide the appropriate information for sending jobs. If you are using the Local Client, personal shortcuts are available even when the server is disconnected.

Once you create a shortcut, you can use it to create new jobs. Personal shortcuts also appear when you log on at a device.

Log on at the Thin Client or a device. The shortcut appears if you are a member of the group associated with the shortcut.

Why you would use it

For sending documents from the Thin Client or a device.

For sending documents with default values that an administrator wants to make available to groups of users at the Thin Client or a device.
