Active Jobs List

Use this screen to view and edit jobs you have created that have not been released. You can also create jobs by importing files at this screen. From this list, you can edit, delete, and submit jobs. This list includes the following:

  • Jobs you have created in the Thin Client.

  • Jobs sent from a device to your user account.

  • Jobs that failed to be submitted from the local client due to a validation error.

  • Jobs you have saved while entering data to prepare for submission.

This list does not include the following:

  • Jobs that have been submitted. These are listed in the Job History List.

  • Jobs sent to other user accounts.

  • Jobs sent from a device to a shortcut, including those scanned with coversheets.

You can click Refresh to update the list with information from the server.

The entries in this list can be sorted, filtered, and grouped. For more information, see Using lists.

Fields

The Active Jobs List has the following fields. You can select jobs to submit or delete by selecting the check box in that row. To select all jobs, select the check box in the table heading.

Error

Reserved for future use.

Destination

Indicates the shortcut where the job will be sent.

If you change settings to show more than one line per row, a thumbnail of the first page of the job appears. Move the mouse over the thumbnail for a larger view.

Name

Shows the name of the job. If you imported files, the job is named after the first file you imported. If you scanned documents at a device or at the Thin Client, the job may receive an automatically generated name. You can change the name by double-clicking the field and typing a new name.

Date Created

Shows the date when the job was created. To change the date format, click Settings.

Pages

Shows the number of pages in the job.

Index Fields

Shows the content of index fields in the job. You can double-click a cell to view all of the index fields in a pop-up window. Click Cancel to close the window.

Note

Enables you to add a note to the job. Double-click the field and type the note.
