Edit Page screen toolbar buttons.
Changes are applied to an image when they are made. Redactions and notes are applied permanently to the image.
- Click Add image annotation.
-
Click-drag the cursor over the portion of the page where you want to add the annotation.
A box appears for your text.
- Enter the text into the text box.
- When you finish entering text, press Enter.
- When prompted to confirm that you want to add the annotation as a permanent part of the image, click Yes.
You can delete or modify the annotation by right-clicking it. From the menu that appears, select Delete the annotation or Properties to change the settings. For redactions, you can select the rotation, color, border, and opacity. For text annotations, you can change the rotation, text formatting, and border of the text box.
