Viewing submitted jobs
The Job History List displays jobs that were submitted to their destinations and their processing status. The list includes the following types of jobs:

Jobs submitted from the Thin Client, including jobs sent from a device to your user account and then submitted.

Jobs submitted when you log on to a device, including jobs sent directly to a shortcut.
Click Job History to view the list. You can sort and filter the list as shown in Using lists.
Jobs remain in the list until they are removed according to options set by the administrator. See the administrator for assistance.
Job status
The Status column indicates the status of the job:

Completed: The job was successfully sent to its destination.

Deleted: You have deleted the job from the Active Jobs List, or the administrator deleted it from transaction review.

Error: The job failed to be sent after three tries.

Inbox: The job was successfully sent to another Kofax Front Office Server user.

Merged: The job was merged into another job.

Pending: The job was sent from a device or the Local Client, but has not arrived at the server.

Processing: The job is being sent to its destination.

Processed: The job has been successfully sent.

Queued: The job was submitted and is waiting to be processed.

Retry: An error prevented the job from being submitted, but it will be resubmitted.

Uploading: The job is being sent to the server from the Local Client.
