Deleting jobs

You can delete jobs from the Active Jobs List.

An error occurs if you send a job while it is being deleted or attempt to delete a job while pages are being sent. This may happen if you have logged on to the Thin Client in more than one location or if you attempt to send a job before the Active Jobs List has been refreshed.

  1. Click Active Jobs.

    The Active Jobs List appears.

  2. Select the check box in the row of the jobs to delete. To select all jobs, select the check box in the column heading. You can filter and sort the list to help you find jobs. See Using lists for instructions.
  3. Click Delete in the toolbar.
  4. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
