Deleting jobs after submitting all pages

By default, the Thin Client deletes a job when all the individual pages are released. You can select what happens to jobs after all pages are released.

  1. In the Active Jobs List, click Settings.
  2. For Delete document after releasing all pages, select one of the following options:

    • Yes: Delete jobs after releasing all pages.

    • No: Do not delete jobs after releasing all pages.

    • Prompt: Prompt you to delete or not delete a job. The prompt gives you the option of keeping the selection for other jobs.

  3. Close the Settings window by clicking .
