Changing a personal shortcut

You can change a personal shortcut you create, including the name and the data in the fields. This does not affect documents previously sent with the shortcut.

You cannot change group shortcuts provided by the administrator.

  1. At the Home screen, move the mouse over the personal shortcut to change.

    A toolbar appears to the right of the shortcut.

  2. Click the Edit Personal Shortcut button.

    A window appears with fields to define the shortcut and send jobs.

  3. Change the values in the field and click Save.
