Downloading jobs to the computer

You have two options for downloading jobs to your computer:

  • Have an administrator create a shortcut for a folder. You can then submit a job from a device or the Thin Client. You can also create a personal shortcut to send the job to a folder you specify.

  • Use the Download button to save all of the pages in the job in the Create/Edit Jobs screen as a PDF. You can use this feature to review a job before submitting it.

To download jobs:

  1. Create a new job or edit an existing job.

    The job appears in the Create/Edit Jobs screen. Add and modify pages as needed.

  2. Click Download.
  3. When prompted, do one of the following:
    • Click Open to view the PDF in its default viewer.

    • Click Save to download the file. When prompted, select the folder where you want to save the PDF.
