Editing a job

You can edit a job before submitting it. You can add, import, and modify pages. When you finish making changes, you can submit the job from the Create/Edit Jobs screen or save it and submit it from the Active Jobs List.

  1. Click Active Jobs.

    The Active Jobs List appears.

  2. Locate the job to edit.

    The Active Jobs List includes the following jobs:

    • Jobs you created in the Thin Client.

    • Jobs sent from a device to your user account.

    • Jobs you saved while entering data to prepare for submission.

    You can filter and sort the list to help you find the job. See Using lists for instructions.

  3. Click the name of the shortcut in the Destination column.

    The job appears in the Create/Edit Jobs screen. See Creating a new job in the Thin Client for instructions on using this screen.
