There are a limited number of sessions available, so only a certain number of users can simultaneously use the Thin Clients. The maximum number of users is set by your solution integrator at installation time.

This means that if you attempt to open one of the Thin Clients when all of the sessions are taken, a message displays which says "The maximum number of users has been reached and the server is busy. Please try again later."
