A batch can be separated into folders that contain one or more documents.

As you navigate to a new folder, its first document loads automatically. If that document has one or more fields with errors, the first field with an error loads. However, if there are no errors in that document, the first field of the document loads.

You can also use the First Folder , Previous Folder , Next Folder , and the Last Folder toolbar options. In addition to the toolbar options, you can also navigate between folders using keyboard shortcuts.

You can expand or collapse a folder in the Batch Content pane by clicking on the expand or collapse icons, double-clicking the folder name, or pressing Space while the folder is selected.

If you navigate to a folder using the keyboard or the mouse, the field data, error message, image, and thumbnails are reset to empty. Any toolbar options that you use to edit fields or view the image or selected document are unavailable.
