Interpolate a table
Interpolation enables you to manually define a small number of rows in a large table, then automatically extract the remainder of the table. This will save you a large amount of keying time.
In order for interpolation to work correctly, you must assign OCR data from the image to every cell in a row.
-
Define a row manually.
-
Select a row to define.
This can be an existing row with invalid data or a newly added row.
-
Select the first cell in the row, and using the image, click on the value for that cell. Do this for the rest of
the cells in that row.
Important If you type in the values rather than use the mouse to select the information, the geometric information needed by extraction online learning is not available. As a result, if you want to use extraction online learning, use your mouse to select the data from the image.
-
Select a row to define.
- Click Interpolate Rows.
