Batch editing operations

During validation, the Batch Content pane displays the batch in a tree. The batch tree can be used for navigation purposes, or it can be used in combination with the Thumbnails pane to modify the batch structure.

Important All batch editing functions that can physically change a document are disabled for PDF documents. This means that you cannot delete or rotate pages, split a PDF document, or merge two PDF documents. You can however, reject, move, delete, or add sticky notes to PDF documents.

All PDF documents are identified with the PDF iconPDF Document icon in the Batch Content pane.

For example, you can rearrange document page order, rotate pages, or move a page from one document to another.

Important Your solution integrator may have disabled this feature.
