By default, new documents and pages automatically load as you validate fields. When there are no more invalid fields, the next invalid document loads, until there are no more invalid fields in the batch. As a result, you can navigate through an entire batch without manually changing documents or pages.

Documents with more than one page display a thumbnail for each page in the Thumbnails pane. To open another page, simply click the desired thumbnail with your mouse.

Alternatively, you can use the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, and Last Page options in the toolbar to navigate between pages in a document.

When a new page is opened, its image is open in the Document Viewer, and any fields display in the Fields pane.

If you make a change to a field and do not validate it by pressing Enter, the field contents is displayed as red italic text. This is to indicate that you have not validated this field.
