An inactive session times out after ten minutes. Any validated documents are saved and the batch is available for another operator to validate.

If your Web browser crashes while you are in the middle of processing a batch, any fully valid documents you have finished up to this point are saved. In order to access this batch to finish it, you need to wait until the timeout period has passed. After the timeout period, you or another operator can select the batch and continue validating it.
