When a batch opens, it automatically loads the first document containing an invalid field.

If you need to manually change documents, you can select a document from the Batch Content. The first page of the new document automatically opens in Document Viewer, where you can change the magnification of the page, or Show Field Names. Either of these options can help you locate and validate fields.

Alternatively, you can use the First Document, Previous Document, Next Document, and Last Document options in the toolbar to navigate between documents.

If you select a document with invalid fields, the first invalid field is automatically highlighted in the Fields pane. The image in Document Viewer may focus on the field value and is highlighted red. This only occurs if an extraction result is returned.

If you select a document with only valid fields, the first field on the document is selected in the Fields pane. The image in Document Viewer focuses on the field value and is highlighted green.
