Enhanced Bar Code Engines

Access to the Kofax Standard Bar Code recognition engine is provided through your scanning application. The features of the Enhanced Bar Code (EBC) engines (Kofax EBC engine and OmniPage) are supported for use with Kofax VRS Elite or Professional, with Workgroup or Production licenses.

An Enhanced Bar Code engine is also available through the Kofax Capture licensing scheme. For more information, see the Kofax Capture documentation.
