Activating a License Without an Internet Connection

  1. Open the Administration Console and click License.
  2. On the License panel, click Manual.

    The Manual Activation window appears.

  3. Click Create File to generate a text file (Activate.txt) containing the information you need to activate the license on another computer.
  4. When the confirmation message appears, note the path to Activate.txt and open the file in a text editor.
  5. Print the file or make a note of the contents.
  6. Enter the information from Activate.txt and activate the license.
  7. Following activation, make a note of the license code issued for your VRS installation.
  8. Return to the first computer and type the license code into the Manual Activation window.
  9. Click Activate.
