Scan to Microsoft PowerPoint
The Desktop Productivity add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint gives you the ability to scan and insert document images or OCR text into an active PowerPoint presentation.
For example, you can embed scanned images (survey results, competitor's ad flyer, report cover page, and more) into a presentation.
When the Microsoft PowerPoint add-in is activated, the Kofax VRS tab is available from the ribbon when you create or open a PowerPoint presentation. From the Kofax VRS tab, the following scan options are available:
- Fast Scan: Quickly scan using a predefined profile and insert document images or OCR text to PowerPoint.
- Scan with Preview: Scan using a predefined profile and preview the results before saving document images or OCR text into PowerPoint.
