The Quick Access toolbar is always available, regardless of which tab you select on the Ribbon. The Quick Access toolbar contains shortcuts to frequently used Kofax VRS Test Console controls. You can move the position of the toolbar or customize it by adding the controls that you use most often.

When you right-click the arrow on the right of the Quick Access toolbar, the following options are available for adjusting its position and appearance:

• Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon: Moves it below the Ribbon

• Show Quick Access Toolbar Above the Ribbon: Moves it above the Ribbon

Do one of the following to add or remove Quick Access toolbar controls:

• Add: Right-click a control on the Ribbon and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

• Remove: Right-click a control on the toolbar and select Remove from Quick Access Toolbar. You cannot remove the default controls from the Quick Access toolbar.
