Deleting a Scan Profile

You can delete any scan profile that you create, but you cannot delete the "Default settings" profile.

  1. From the Kofax VRS Interactive Viewer, on the Profile toolbar, click Manage scan profiles.

    The Profiles panel appears.

  2. On the list, select the scan profile you want to remove.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Yes when the confirmation message appears.

Deleting a Scan Profile on the Administration Console

  1. From the Kofax VRS Interactive Viewer, on the Profile toolbar, click Manage scan profiles.

    The Profiles panel appears.

  2. On the list, select the profile you want to remove.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Yes when the confirmation message appears.

Deleting a Scan Profile on the VRS ISIS Interface

  1. Open the VRS ISIS interface.
  2. Click the VRS tab.
  3. On the "VRS Profile Name" list, select the name of the profile you want to remove.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Click Yes when the confirmation message appears.
