Describes the recipient of the message. It consists of short name, full name, and a list of services. (e.g., MILLER, John Miller, FAX, TTX, X.400). The list of services is taken from the recipient’s address book entry, and contains all the active services specified. The first active address is used for primary sending; the other services are used as alternate addresses when the primary address doesn't work.
