Printix

On the Printix tab, you can view tenant-specific information about Printix.

You can see the Printix tab only if your account has PRINTIX_ADMIN_API_READ (Global Access) permissions. If you do not have these permissions, this tab does not appear.

Activate subscription

You can activate a tenant’s subscription from the Printix tab if:

  • The tenant is in Kofax view mode and in trial mode.

  • A valid Purchase order number is entered on the Subscription tab.

  • Your user account has Global Access in Tungsten Automation.

When you select Activate Subscription:

  • The tenant status changes from Deactivate tenant after trial to Start subscription after trial.

  • You confirm that the subscription is correctly set up according to the Purchase order number.

The Activate Subscription button is disabled if the tenant’s subscription has already started or if the tenant is not in Kofax view mode.
