In-person signing with multiple languages

This section explains how the application works when signing package recipients have different preferred languages. In this case the application takes into account the language for each signer and switches the user interface language.

Two points are important when signing a signing package with multiple signer languages:

  • The language of the signing host.

This is the language that the application uses when launching the signing session. This language will also be used when a signer with a different language finishes the signing process.

  • The preferred language of the signer.

The application will use the language when the signer starts the signing (and clicks START). The signer can choose another language using the language bar (at the top-right corner) and the application then will keep this newly selected language.

Note As soon as the signer finishes the signing session the application will switch language back to the signing host’s one.
