DB Export Settings - Main tab
You can enable database export using this tab. Once active, use the additional tabs to configure your export.
- Active

Select to use database export. When selected, additional settings and tabs are available.
This option is cleared by default. - Database Connection Name

Select the database connection name that specifies the database connection used for document export from the list.
This setting is available only when Validate From DB is selected above.
This setting is available only when Active is selected above.
- DB Key
-
The key that is used for each new database record that is inserted into the header table. If this is set to URN, the portion of the filename that is mapped to the URN setting that is configured in the Import Settings is used. Any other value or a blank entry uses the entire document filename.
Before inserting a new record, the system deletes any existing records with the same key.
This setting is available only when Active is selected above.
- DB Schema

Enter the name of a schema to filter the list of database tables available for the selected Database Connection Name.
If this field is left blank, all database tables that you have permission to access, are displayed.
This setting is available only when Active is selected above.
- DB Status Exported

The value or code that indicates that a document is successfully exported.
This setting is available only when Active is selected above.
The following buttons are available at the bottom of the window.
- Save

Saves your changes and the window is closed.
- Reload
-
Deletes any unsaved changes and resets the field values back to the last saved settings.
