When you select a record in the Information Message Settings table, and then click Edit, all editable fields from the Information Message Settings are displayed. All supported languages and their corresponding messages are displayed for the selected Information Message ID. Edit the languages relevant for your solution.

The following options for the five default languages are available. The Language ID field is pre-populate for each of the supported languages.

Language ID

The language ID for the message. Because of this, the Information Message ID is repeated once for each language. All default messages are provided for all five of the supported languages.

Message

The information message. Within the information message, text symbols [VEN] and [CUR] are used to represent the current vendor ID and currency, respectively. In addition, [PON] represents the purchase order number.
