Update PO Number Format for MarkView

If you are using MarkView, it is important that you update the PO Number Format so that it is recognized during processing.

You can update the PO Number Format for MarkView by following these steps.

  1. Open Kofax AP Agility with Administrative permissions.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > IP Configuration.

    A list of IP Configuration settings is displayed.

  3. Select Capture Profiles.
  4. Select the MarkView organization from the drop-down list at the top of the page.

    A list of settings is displayed that is unique to the selected organization.

  5. Select PO Number Settings.

    The PO Number Formats tab and the PO Number Validation tabs are displayed.

  6. On the PO Number Formats tab, Add one or more PO Number Formats that are used by the selected MarkView organization.
  7. Optionally, add PO Number Formats for other organizations.
