These settings relate to the export profile settings. It is possible to add multiple entries for these settings. As a result, the settings are displayed in a table.

The following column settings are available.

Profile ID

A unique ID for the profile.

Profile Name

The export profile name.

Profile Description

A description of the export profile.

Redo All Exports

If selected, the system carries out all export options that are active, even if that export has been carried out before.

For example, four export options are activated. Of these four, three are completed and the last one fails. In order to successfully export the document, all four export options are performed again.

If cleared, only those export options that failed are carried out.

Is Template

This export profile cannot be used directly. Instead, if you want to use its settings as an export profile, copy it and use the copy.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of the window.

Edit

Opens a selected entry in the table so that you can make changes as needed.

Note This button is enabled only when the selected export profile is not marked as a template.

Click this button to open the Export Profile Settings - Edit window.

Copy

Makes a copy of the selected table entry so that you can make a new entry to the table based on the copy.

Delete

Click to remove the selected entry from the table, but after confirmation only.

Note This button is available only when the selected export profile is not marked as a template, or it the profile is not in use by any organization.
