Email Templates window

This window enables you to add one or more email templates. These templates are available to users if they click on the Send Email button when processing invoices in the following activities.

  • Coding

  • Approval

  • Exception

  • Line Pairing Exception

At the top of the window is a table of email templates. If you select an existing email template, the fields below the table are populated with the template details.

The following fields are available below the table for adding and editing an email template.

Name

The name of the email template that is visible to users in the activities listed above.

Description

A description of the email template. This is for Administrators to differentiate the different templates. This description is hidden from the activity users.

To

The email address that appears in the To field.

This setting is mandatory.

CC

The email address that appears in the CC field.

This setting is optional.

BCC

The email address that appears in the BCC field.

This setting is optional.

Subject

The subject of the email. This setting is mandatory.

Body

The body of the email. This setting is mandatory.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of the screen.

Save

Saves the changes made to the email template.

Close

Closes the Email Templates window and returns you to the list of email templates.

Any changes that are not saved or updated are lost.
