Email Notifications
You can configure email notifications in the AP Agility workflow so that specific events prompt your users to ensure that all documents are processed as efficiently as possible.
The following settings are available for email notifications.
- Send notification if the invoice has been owned for the last X hours

Select this option and enter a value in the X field if you want to send an email whenever an invoice has been owned longer than the specified hours.
For example, if you have a 48-hour SLA to fully process an invoice, you may wish to escalate an invoice that has not been processed at 32 hours.
This option is cleared by default.
- Send notification if the invoice has been owned for the last X hours and it is Y days before the invoice due date

Select this option and enter values in the X and Y fields if you want to send an email whenever an invoice has been owned longer X hours and there are only Y days before the invoice due date.
This option is cleared by default.
- Send notification if the invoice has been owned for the last X hours and it is Y days after the invoice due date

Select this option and enter values in the X and Y fields if you want to send an email whenever an invoice has been owned for longer then X hours and it is Y days past the invoice due date.
This option is cleared by default.
- Send notification if the invoice has been owned for the last X hours and it is Y days before a discount will be lost

Select this option and enter values in the X and Y fields if you want to send an email whenever an invoice has been owned for longer than X hours and there are Y days before the discount on the invoice is lost.
This option is cleared by default.
- Send notification to <person@email.com> if the invoice is put on hold for more than Y days and X hours

Select this option, and enter values in the email, X, and Y fields, if you want to send an email to the specified email address if the invoice is on hold for longer than Y days and X hours.
This option is cleared by default.
- Email Subject

The subject of the email notification. If multiple notifications are selected, the same email is sent for all notifications. As a result, it is necessary to have a descriptive but generic subject.
This option is available when one of the email options is selected above only.
- Email Body

The content of the email body.
This option is available when one of the email options is selected above only.
