Configure Job Schedules for email notifications

In order to use email notifications in Kofax AP Agility, it is necessary to create a job schedule in Kofax TotalAgility.

You can configure a job schedule for email notifications by following these steps.

  1. Open the TotalAgility Designer.
  2. On the TotalAgility Designer Home page, click System Settings.
  3. From the Manage group, select Job Schedules.
  4. From the Consume panel, select Processes and then select the AP Agility category.
  5. In the Job Schedules main pain, click the plus sign next to Job Schedules and add the following information.
    1. Enter a Name for the job schedule. For example, EmailNotifications.
    2. Set Active to Yes.
    3. From the Processes on the left, drag the AP Workflow Email Notification Process into the Process field on the form.
    4. Optionally, set the Frequency options.
    5. Optionally, set the Range of Recurrence options.
    6. Optionally, set any Additional options.
  6. Click OK.

    Your job schedule is added and now appears in the table of schedules.
